i go by the name myndstate and i’m a London based spoken word artist, poet, and writer. i talk about a lot of things but my words mainly centre around topics of sexuality, identity, mental health, and millennial life; because that’s what i know and have experienced.

my words have made me a national poetry slam winner, got me featured on the likes of BBC Radio London, BBC Introducing, and Queer Talk, plus have amassed millions of views online.

i’m currently working on my next music project as well as writing my debut book.
